The customer is a global provider of insurance and employee‑benefit solutions, employing more than 10,000 people worldwide. With a multinational footprint and high corporate meeting volume, they required modern, reliable AV environments to support collaboration in a new European office.
Project Overview
The customer engaged EOS to deliver a complete AV deployment for a new office in Paris, requiring multiple meeting rooms, huddle spaces, digital signage points, and a large conference room to be fully operational ahead of a strict go‑live date. Despite a compressed schedule spanning the holiday period, EOS delivered an end‑to‑end deployment covering design, installation, testing, and commissioning across all spaces.
Key Objectives
The customer’s new Paris office required fully functional conferencing spaces on a tight timeline. EOS delivered:
- A full suite of room types, including huddle, medium, and large convene spaces
- Deployment aligned to a strict pre‑holiday schedule
- Installation of all systems in accordance with a predefined bill of materials
- Comprehensive testing to ensure every room was ready for immediate use

Solutions
Implementation & Integration
EOS delivered a complete AV deployment, covering design refinement, installation, and testing to ensure consistent performance across all rooms and alignment with customer standards.
Design Validation & Engineering
Using the customer’s bill of materials, EOS validated room designs, including display layouts, DSP configuration, connectivity planning, scheduler placement, Cisco endpoint setup, and overall system interoperability.
Coordinated Room‑by‑Room Installation
EOS deployed onsite engineers to complete all installation activities, tracked in Fieldwire with GPS‑tagged updates. Key tasks included:
- Cable infrastructure: Tx/Rx routing, conduit checks, floor‑box preparation
- Hardware mounting: Samsung displays, Chief/Legrand mounts, Cisco endpoints
- Audio setup: Biamp DSP installation
- Control & scheduling: Crestron schedulers and touch panels
- Connectivity: Extron cabling and signal‑path configuration
Digital Signage
Two digital signage locations were installed, including bracket mounting, cabling, and display alignment, with both areas remaining “On Track” throughout delivery
Huddle Rooms
Six huddle rooms were completed using a consistent installation approach, including:
- Cable infrastructure and display mounting
- Cisco Room Kits / Room Bars / Navigators
- Biamp DSP configuration
- Extron connectivity
- Crestron scheduling panels
- Standardised VC testing across audio, video, presentation, and control
This ensured reliable and consistent performance across all small meeting spaces.
Large Convene Room
The flagship room required multi‑stage delivery, including:
- Dual 75” displays
- Advanced Biamp DSP audio configuration
- Extensive cable routing and rack integration
- Scheduler and control panel installation
- Adjustments based on onsite feedback
The full process was documented from first‑fix cabling to final commissioning.
