A large financial services organisation operating across the UK and international markets. With a strong focus on workplace experience, reliability, and standardisation, the organisation required a scalable collaboration strategy capable of supporting both mature and newly established offices while maintaining a consistent end‑user experience globally.
Project Overview
The customer engaged EOS to deliver a consistent, high‑quality collaboration experience across UK and international office locations as part of a major expansion into India. The Hyderabad project involved a three‑floor office relocation with a mix of standard meeting spaces and highly complex collaboration environments, delivered under tight timelines and phased go‑live requirements. EOS was selected to provide end‑to‑end design, delivery, and local execution while ensuring global consistency and simplicity for the customer.
Key Objectives
As the organisation expanded into India—growing to over 6,000 employees—it faced several challenges:
- Inconsistent video‑conferencing quality across regions
- Reliance on different delivery partners with mixed results
- A short turnaround for office relocation and opening
- Migration to a new standardised Cisco endpoint platform
- Delivery of 70+ standard meeting spaces alongside multiple complex environments
- Design and configuration of large, flexible spaces including a 400‑seat event space, divisible training rooms, and an executive boardroom
The objective was to establish a single, globally consistent delivery model that could meet aggressive timelines while improving quality and user experience.
Solutions
EOS delivered a globally coordinated AV design and deployment model supported by strong local execution in India.
Global Design Alignment
EOS’ UK‑based design team worked closely with the customer’s UK stakeholders to define standard room designs and technology architectures that could be replicated internationally. This simplified engagement for the customer and ensured consistency across regions.
Local Delivery & Phased Execution
Leveraging EOS’ local presence in India—including project management, design, CAD, installation, commissioning, and warehousing—EOS delivered the Hyderabad project through a phased approach to meet floor‑by‑floor go‑live dates. This ensured progress against tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Complex Space Design & Integration
EOS delivered several technically complex environments, including:
- A large zoned 400‑seat event space
- A divisible training suite with automated combine/divide functionality
- An executive boardroom with advanced camera tracking
These spaces utilised Crestron 1 Beyond camera tracking, Crestron NVX video routing, and Q‑Sys audio and control processing to support flexible room configurations, hybrid meetings, and large‑scale events.
