Our Global Standards + Commitments
EOS IT Solutions embeds internationally recognised global standards across our sustainability, human rights, labour, ethical and environmental practices
These frameworks ensure that our global operations and supply chain uphold the highest expectations of integrity, safety and accountability, enabling us to support our people, deliver responsibly for our customers, and operate with consistency in every region where we have a physical footprint.
Human Rights & Labour
The ILO Core Conventions represent the globally accepted minimum labour standards. For EOS, these principles guide how we support our global workforce, from field engineers and warehouse teams to logistics providers and subcontracted labour networks.
Core Principles:
• Freedom of association & collective bargaining
How EOS aligns:
We embed all eight ILO Core Conventions across our HR, recruitment and contractor processes. This includes protections related to forced labour (C029, C105), child labour (C138, C182), freedom of association and collective bargaining (C087, C098), and equality and non‑discrimination (C100, C111). We require all suppliers, labour agencies and subcontractors to follow ILO principles, and our Supplier Code of Conduct is structured around these conventions to ensure consistent worker protections globally.
• UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNGPs)
UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights are the globally recognised framework defining how companies prevent, mitigate and address human rights impacts across their operations and supply chains. EOS aligns with the UNGPs by embedding human rights due diligence into our policies, labour practices, supplier expectations and grievance mechanisms, ensuring respect for human rights across all regions where we operate.
Core Principles:
• Prioritisation of vulnerable workers and communitie
How EOS aligns:
EOS implements a structured human‑rights due‑diligence approach grounded in the UN Guiding Principles. We assess risks across our supply chain, operations, logistics and partner ecosystem, prioritising those with the greatest potential impact.
We integrate findings into supplier selection, contractual expectations, operational controls and corrective action plans, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and proportionately.
We provide safe and confidential channels for workers and stakeholders to raise concerns and enforce strict non‑retaliation. We track outcomes, monitor supplier improvements, and report transparently as part of our CSRD‑aligned governance and accountability process. EOS uses risk‑based checks during supplier onboarding to help identify potential human‑rights risks early. When concerns arise, EOS works collaboratively with partners to support appropriate and proportionate improvements.
• Modern Slavery Act 2015
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 sets out requirements for organisations to prevent forced labour, human trafficking and exploitative practices in their operations and supply chains. EOS upholds these expectations through strong internal policies and clear standards for suppliers, ensuring that the people connected to our business are protected from coercion, deception or abuse.
Core Principles:
How EOS aligns:
EOS meets the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 through policies that prohibit forced labour, trafficking, recruitment fees and document retention. These standards are embedded in supplier onboarding and contract terms, supported by risk screening of higher‑risk suppliers and regions. Confidential reporting channels and a strict non‑retaliation commitment apply throughout our value chain, and our policy is reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing alignment with best practice. Risk indicators are reviewed during supplier engagement to help identify higher‑risk labour practices. Where issues are identified, EOS takes steps to address them with relevant suppliers to support safer labour practices.
Responsible Business Conduct & Ethics
Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
The OECD Guidelines define global expectations for responsible business conduct, governance, supply‑chain due diligence, ethical behaviour and transparency.
Core Principles:
How EOS aligns:
EOS upholds internal policies on ethical conduct, anti‑bribery and conflicts of interest to promote integrity across all regions where we operate.
Procurement processes incorporate risk‑based due diligence to support responsible sourcing decisions. Our SCoC extends these expectations to third‑party partners to ensure responsible behaviour throughout our value chain.
We incorporate OECD principles into our internal policies, supplier requirements and management systems, embedding clear standards for ethical behaviour, fair competition and transparency. Our procurement and supplier‑risk processes consider labour, environmental and integrity risks and integrate these into onboarding, contract terms and ongoing monitoring. EOS governance structures ensure ethical concerns are escalated and reviewed at senior levels, while our compliance, procurement and operational teams work together to promote responsible conduct across our global operations.
• Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct
Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
The OECD Guidelines are a global standard for responsible business conduct. They set expectations for ethical governance, human‑rights due diligence, fair competition, environmental responsibility, and transparent behaviour across international operations. EOS aligns with the OECD principles to ensure integrity, accountability and responsible conduct throughout our business and supply chain.
Core Sections:
E. Management Systems: governance to uphold these standards
How EOS aligns:
Suppliers are required to uphold these principles through our SCoC, which sets clear expectations on labour standards, ethical behaviour and environmental responsibility. Our supplier evaluation processes consider labour, safety and ethics risks as part of our responsible procurement approach. EOS incorporates RBA requirements into both our SCoC and our internal policies, ensuring alignment across our procurement and operational practices. We assess labour, safety, environmental and integrity risks through third-party screening tools and integrate these into supplier selection, contract terms and ongoing monitoring. Internally, we apply RBA aligned health, safety and ethical controls across our offices, logistics operations and warehousing environments. Our governance and compliance processes ensure these standards are consistently implemented and upheld across our global operations and supply chain.
Climate & Environmental Stewardship
Paris Agreement (1.5°C Alignment)
The Paris Agreement informs EOS’s climate strategy as we work to reduce emissions in line with a 1.5°C pathway, focusing on lowering our operational impact, improving climate resilience, and supporting low carbon choices across our business and wider value chain
Core Principles:
• Support long‑term decarbonisation and resource efficiency across EOS
How EOS aligns:
EOS considers climate impacts across our business activities, including operations, procurement, logistics and travel
Our climate approach is guided by the principles of the Paris Agreement and informs decisions on energy efficiency, responsible sourcing and lower‑carbon operational practices.
We integrate climate considerations into planning, supplier engagement and policy development, and we continue to strengthen our understanding of emissions drivers to support long‑term decarbonisation across EOS and our value chain.
We also encourage practical steps across our teams that help reduce environmental impact, including responsible travel choices, efficient use of resources and improved waste‑reduction practices.
• Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Methodology Alignment
Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Methodology Alignment
SBTi provides the science based pathways EOS uses to guide climate planning in the areas most relevant to our business, including IT reselling, logistics and AV project delivery..
Core Principles:
How EOS aligns:
EOS uses SBTi methodology as a reference when shaping our climate roadmap, building our understanding of emissions drivers across procurement, logistics, IT reselling, AV deployments and business travel. As our data maturity develops, we aim to set SBTi aligned near‑term (2030) and long‑term (2050) decarbonisation objectives that reflect our global business model and value chain impact, supporting expectations from major IT partners and customers. As our understanding deepens, we are identifying feasible opportunities to lower environmental impact across day‑to‑day business activities, logistics planning and operational decision making.
• GHG Protocol Corporate Standard
The GHG Protocol is the global standard for carbon accounting and the basis for climate reporting under CSRD (ESRS E1).
Core Principles:
How EOS aligns:
All EOS emissions reporting follows the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting Standard.
EOS applies an Operational Control boundary for consolidating emissions data, consistent with CDP expectations. Emissions are calculated using internationally recognised emission‑factor sources (DEFRA, IEA) to ensure accuracy and comparability. We report both location‑based and market‑based Scope 2 emissions, in line with GHG Protocol guidance.
This methodology ensures our climate reporting is transparent, credible and aligned with CSRD ESRS E1 requirements. EOS is gradually enhancing environmental data insights to support better planning and enable future emissions reduction efforts.
