How EOS aligns (Internal + External)
EOS engages with diverse suppliers to strengthen responsible sourcing and expand equitable opportunities across our global network. We promote gender equality and inclusion across our workforce and leadership pathways. We support the development and visibility of women‑owned and diverse businesses within our global supply chain. We integrate supplier‑diversity considerations into sourcing, vendor selection and partnership decisions. Our WEConnect commitment supports SDG 5 (Gender Equality) both internally and externally.
Transparency, Accountability & Reporting
EOS is committed to transparent, accurate and continually improving sustainability reporting. As we develop our ESG data, systems and processes, we disclose environmental, social and governance information through recognised platforms including EcoVadis and CDP. These platforms support consistent and comparable reporting across our global operations as our measurement practices mature.
Our climate disclosures are prepared in line with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting Standard, using an operational control boundary and internationally recognised emission factor sources, and support our alignment with CSRD and the ESRS reporting framework.
These reporting practices complement EOS’s alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the ILO Core Conventions and applicable Modern Slavery legislation.
Together, these commitments demonstrate EOS’s focus on transparency, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that our sustainability programme evolves responsibly and in accordance with international expectations.
