In response to the client’s rapid expansion into AI infrastructure, EOS adapted swiftly to meet unprecedented deployment demands. The introduction of AI racks tripled the pace of installations, requiring seamless integration of resources from EOS’s IT Asset Management (ITAM), Audio Visual/Video Conferencing (AV/VC), and Network teams.

EOS was awarded the largest AI Data Centre Cluster in the client’s global fleet and successfully transitioned services within 60 working days, onboarding more than 100 new hires. The company was subsequently awarded five new locations, with a hiring forecast of 123+ resources in the second half of the year.
EOS also simplified its service structure, realizing a 40% gain in resource efficiency from day one and increasing service capacity by 23% within the first 120 days of operation.
